Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Expertise in federated learning, differential privacy, and zero-knowledge architectures
- Proven track record leading projects with $10M+ budgets and 100+ person teams
- Deep understanding of ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 ethical technology standards
- Experience with carbon-negative data center implementations
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of at least two paradigm-shifting technologies
