Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business objectives for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to determine their viability for integration.
- Feasibility Studies: Lead cross-functional teams in conducting in-depth feasibility studies for high-impact technology initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Vendor Partnership Management: Identify and vet strategic partners and vendors capable of delivering the future technologies required for 2026.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the experimental division focused on prototyping technologies that will become standard by 2026.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in technology strategy, future planning, or executive consulting.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, including AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes projects.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze market trends, data, and technological capabilities to make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
