Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 Initiative's strategic roadmap across 3+ workstreams
- Coordinate with C-suite stakeholders to align quantum computing, AI, and sustainability deliverables
- Implement agile methodologies for complex tech integration projects with $5M+ budgets
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen ethical AI frameworks
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for tracking initiative milestones
- Manage vendor partnerships and third-party integrations for emerging tech ecosystems
- Present quarterly progress to executive board with data-driven impact assessments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/sustainability)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; CSM preferred
- Proven track record leading $3M+ cross-functional tech initiatives
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with Jira/Confluence proficiency
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience managing distributed teams across 5+ time zones
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ large-scale tech transformation projects
