Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfacing systems
- Published research or patents in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
