Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 era, identifying emerging technologies that will drive business growth.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems that can handle next-generation workloads and data processing requirements.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Evaluate and prototype technologies such as AI, machine learning, and decentralized networks to determine their applicability for our products.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into business strategies.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
