Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in director/VP-level leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI or quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting and strategic planning frameworks
- Strong background in cross-functional team management and agile methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or emerging tech
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
