- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and investors for strategic decision-making

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services

- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in technology forecasting, futures studies, or relevant field
