Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, IoT, and quantum domains
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and competitive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders for 2026 initiatives
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their market trajectories
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with track record of executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical capabilities for trend forecasting and competitive landscape analysis
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for R&D programs and managing cross-functional global teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred
