- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Scale innovation frameworks across 12 international offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and neuro-technology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience securing $100M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English for global operations
