- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces for healthcare and manufacturing
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-encrypted data networks
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships for 2026 initiatives
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough tech with $100M+ commercial impact
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic architectures, and synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (NSF, DoD, ARPA-E)
- Publish record in Nature/Science with 5+ patents in emerging tech domains
- Deep understanding of ISO 21434 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical AI/quantum systems
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
