- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological projections

- Identify disruptive market opportunities through trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products (2019-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
