Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and grant proposals
- Report quarterly to the board on technology disruption risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products that shaped markets post-2020
- Expertise in emerging tech stack (quantum computing, neural interfaces, Web3)
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution with focus on disruptive innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages and quantum algorithm design
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
