Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products/services targeting 2025-2030 markets
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or Futuristics
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
