Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market-ready technologies
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and investors quarterly
- Mentor 15-person innovation lab in agile methodologies
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 12 new filings/year)
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on future tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- PhD or equivalent in CS/Engineering or 15+ years demonstrable expertise
- Strong financial acumen for budget scaling and ROI modeling
- Published speaker at Web Summit or similar tier-1 conferences
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
