- Mentor 15+ engineers and researchers through agile innovation sprints
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and adoption metrics
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovation labs (quantum/AI preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of semiconductor and quantum supply chains
- Certified in agile innovation frameworks (SAFe/LeSS)
- Portfolio of commercialized patents or breakthrough products
