Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sectors
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep technical understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience)
