Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive R&D investments in sustainable and ethical technology development
- Present strategic innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong background in innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Design Thinking)
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams and complex projects
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
