Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch 3+ disruptive products by 2026
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 5+ year impact
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainability integration into all 2026 product architectures
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
- Portfolio of 3+ successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
