Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with focus on carbon-negative innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable systems
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants for frontier projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Green Deal initiatives
- Present breakthrough concepts to G7 Climate Task Force and Fortune 100 boards
- Mentor a cohort of PhD researchers in quantum-AI convergence projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech with 5+ years in sustainability innovation leadership
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Systems Engineering, or Climate Tech equivalent
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for carbon markets and AI ethics
- Published research in Nature Energy or Science Robotics (2018-2023)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and systems architecture modeling
- Security clearance for DOE/NASA collaborative projects
