- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for collaborative development
- Monitor emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes to maintain competitive advantage
- Present quarterly innovation progress to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation management with 3+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience pitching to C-level executives
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
