- Lead end-to-end innovation roadmapping for 2026 technology horizons
- Champion emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, generative AI)
- Oversee R&D pipelines with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators
- Drive ESG-compliant tech frameworks for future-proof operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products to market
- Expertise in future-tech domains (quantum, biotech, Web4.0)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CII)
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or industry-disruptive solutions
