- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
