Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching 3+ patented technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or biohybrid systems
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($5M+)
- Published author in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Validated ability to manage distributed global R&D teams
