- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects with $2M+ annual budget
- Present findings to industry panels and government tech councils
- Mentor a team of 7 specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling pilot programs to enterprise solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., biotech, AI, robotics)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in futures thinking or strategic foresight
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
