- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for pilot deployments of 2026-era technologies
- Develop and maintain a 3-year innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs for market impact
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant writing and investor presentations
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab on emerging tech ethics and regulatory compliance
- Present quarterly innovation progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record delivering quantum/AI prototypes with commercial viability
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
