Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Innovation Management preferred
