- Mentor a team of 5+ specialists in next-gen tech domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in strategic technology forecasting and market analysis
- Strong background in IP development and commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI frameworks
