Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Identify emerging market opportunities and competitive disruption vectors
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and global enterprises
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments toward high-impact, scalable ventures
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and partners
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation impact
