Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological trends and market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and long-term strategic value
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and startups to co-develop future technologies
- Present innovation strategies at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent innovation frameworks preferred
