Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future technology adoption
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of continuous experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with 3+ years of impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and market forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets over $1M
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE) preferred
