Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients targeting 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) and commercialization pathways
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives across 3-5 industries
- Design human-centric frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable automation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or corporate foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with specialization in Innovation
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published author in innovation or futurism with 3+ industry-recognized publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-V)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
