Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on innovation pathways
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects testing future business models and technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing future-focused frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping tools
