Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
- Measure and optimize innovation ROI using advanced KPI frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching successful 5-year+ initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 2020+ trend-to-market transformations
