- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven track record in quantum/AI commercialization or climate-tech scaling
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Certification in Futures Forecasting (AFS or equivalent)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global engagement
