Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging technologies and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track performance against strategic milestones
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
