- Represent company at global innovation summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent
