Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Analyze emerging trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios with executive stakeholders
- Produce strategic frameworks that balance technological feasibility with human-centric outcomes
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 strategic initiatives with $5M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Author thought leadership content published in Harvard Business Review and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing multi-year roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience speaking at global forums
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or Design Thinking
