- Analyze emerging market trends and disruptors to identify innovation opportunities
- Develop cross-functional roadmaps aligning R&D, product, and business objectives
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with multidisciplinary teams (engineers, designers, data scientists)
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., foresight methodology, scenario planning)
- Experience building cross-ecosystem partnerships with academia, startups, and governments
