- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and validate disruptive ideas
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to pilot implementation
- Monitor global disruptors and regulatory shifts affecting future tech landscapes
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or MBA with tech focus
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (provide 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)
