- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Labs incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching products in AI/quantum/biotech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ innovators
