You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and shape our product ecosystem for the post-2025 landscape.

Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead 'FutureSight' workshops to identify emerging tech and consumer trends
- Prototype and validate next-gen products using rapid iteration frameworks
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and investors
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology
- Track KPIs for innovation ROI and adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year lead times
- Deep knowledge of AI, climate tech, and human-computer interaction
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Sprint)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
