Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI) with commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation hubs
- Present foresight analyses and innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent strategy and IP portfolio development for breakthrough 2026 innovations
- Mentor emerging talent through our FutureWorks Innovation Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation management
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment (e.g., APF, CTA)
