Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies for commercial deployment
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities and threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive stakeholders and the board of directors
- Drive culture of experimentation by managing innovation incubators and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Monitor and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline, ROI, and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep understanding of future tech landscapes
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research institutions)
