Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year innovation roadmaps for AI-driven sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era human-AI interfaces
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging biotech and neurotech trends
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical autonomous decision-making
- Partner with policy institutes to shape 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Mentor fellows in futures thinking methodologies and systems modeling
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published work on exponential technology impact (2025-2030)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems dynamics modeling
- Track record of launching future-proofed products/services
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing and neuro-symbolic AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact)
