Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex market insights into actionable product strategies and business cases

Qualifications
