- Drive innovation workshops with C-suite executives and external partners to align on future vision
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Pioneer patent development for breakthrough technologies with 20+ new IP filings annually
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ funding rounds
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and industry veterans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Executive presence with successful board-level presentations and investor negotiations
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management from Stanford/MIT
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
