Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, biotech fusion, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech firms
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on 2020s technology trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Track record of launching minimum 3 commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation Management (SIM)
