- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for future technology adoption
- Partner with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage an ecosystem of external innovation partners and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
