As a cornerstone of our R&D division, you'll drive initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics while building frameworks for sustainable innovation. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research scientists, and venture partners to transform theoretical possibilities into market-ready paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligning with technological convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Analyze patent landscapes and emerging tech disruptions across 15+ industries
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotechnology deployment
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor communities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Published research in peer-reviewed innovation or technology journals
