Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts.
- Establish and manage innovation labs focused on experimental technologies such as Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to define product vision and go-to-market strategies for futuristic solutions.
- Advocate for sustainable tech practices and ensure our roadmap aligns with global ESG goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class team of futurists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact innovation projects with a focus on long-term (5+ year) planning.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends, including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
